    For the self professed food-aholics that we've become, this is the best Italian restaurant we've ever been too. The food as well as the service (and the ambiance) is truly a dining pleasure. Along with making visits for no special occasion during the year, it's our Christmas tradition to have dinner at Carbones during the holiday season. It just always seems special to go to CARBONES

    I had the pleasure of dining at Carbone's this past friday night. I have to say the food was out of this world! The dish I had was the Pepper Crusted Tenderloin Medallions...it was bursting with flavor. So delicious! And for dessert the Coconut Cream Neopolitan was absolute heaven! Great food, great ambiance...great experience. I'll definitely be back.
