Many thanks to John Zubretsky, a fan and regular guest of ours at Carbone's Ristorante, who went above and beyond in the name of golf and a good cocktail!. When tornado warnings cleared the TPC Golf Course and a Volunteer Dinner in the midst of the Travelers Championship, the facilities bartenders were nowhere to be found when the party finally resumed. Definitely a boy scout at heart (although there may not be a badge for this), John jumped behind the bar with his son, and Carbone's employee, "Johnny Z", to save the day!

Additionally, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude and appreciation to the hardworking and loyal staff of Carbone's Ristorante & Catering. Through long hours, wind, rain & tornado, you worked diligently, creating a wonderful experience for the sponsors, patrons and volunteers of the PGA Tour's Travelers Championship. On behalf of Carbone's we would like to thank the following people. We are grateful for the generosity of your time and all of your effort.
