No, it's Vinnie Carbone of Carbone's Ristorante in Hartford, providing some vital carbs for runners, friends and family of the ING Hartford Marathon. Hungry people from far and wide came to Bushnell Park to sample Vinnie's famous pasta and prepare themselves for the next morning's race.
