Dear Vinnie - Mr. Carbone,

I just have to tell you what a wonderful experience I had at your restaurant, last night. I brought some guests from Italy with me who were celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Your staff treated us like royalty. From the moment we stepped in, the young lady who took our reservations escorted us to our table with a great welcoming smile. All of the waiters and waitresses were superb. They were of Italian, Irish, French and Polish extraction and all were a credit to their families. They were polite, dignified, friendly and knowledgeable about your fine cuisine. They were so helpful and made us feel that we were the only ones in the restaurant. My guests thought I was a big shot because of the treatment; however, I told them that that is how Carbone's treat everyone and that is why your Restaurant is so successful.

My first experience at your restaurant was in 1969, when I moved here from New York. Your place is second to none....I've traveled to Istanbul, London, Rome, Ireland, Holland, Spain, Portugal, and France....You can compete with them all.
