We would like to thank everyone who came out last night and supported The Petit Family Foundation at our Annual Cigar & Scotch Social. We had a record turn out and we can't express how appreciative we are of your patronage. We would also like to thank UCONN Coach Randy Edsall for his continued participation. His presence always makes it a special event.

They were all there at Carbone's parking lot in Hartford Thursday night — Long John, Lawson, Teacher's as well as Johnny, Dewar and Glenlivet.
And those were just the scotches. There were about 250 scotch- and wine-swilling, Fonseca-cigar-smoking guests as well, enjoying Carbone's annual "Cigar & Scotch Social Under the Stars," " Scotch and Cigars" dinner, which this year benefited the Petit Family Foundation.
Among those who were happy to just drink-in the crowd under the impossible-to-miss white tent was the guest of honor, University of Connecticut Uconn head football coach Randy Edsall...
