"Just a quick note of gratitude to you & the wonderful staff at Carbone's. We had the Roman Dinner last night. I can honestly say the meal was the absolute best I've ever experienced. From the very highest quality olives & cheese in the cold antipasto to the wonderful fresh mushrooms and incredibly tender filet in the Marsala. (mustn't forget the grand Lemon Mousse finish!) ... and that chicken with cheese risotto & lemon wine sauce...absolutely fantastic. An epic meal at a great bargain price. The portions were ideal - more than enough for a good sampling but not too much to spoil the rest of the meal. As always, the kitchen staff was spot on with prep and the Wait staff is second to none.
