Chazz Palminteri in the house!

Recently, one of our favorite actors, Chazz Palminteri spent an afternoon with us at Carbone's. He was in Connecticut for an upcoming performance and Frank Rizzo, Arts and Theater writer for The Hartford Courant interviewed Mr. Palminteri over lunch:

Girl's Night Out!


Carbone's has always been a place for celebrations and one recent evening was no different. We were honored to be the restaurant of choice for this "Girl's Night Out" in Celebration of Lillian Marlow's 91st Birthday!
